Early Morning Fog On Snake Pond

I drive by this lovely little pond every morning on my way to work. Today I was able to snap a shot of the early morning fog before hitting up the office. There’s no better way to start your morning than on cool, quiet shores.
Lucky lady. You must have a nice drive. I love those times of the morning and evening with low sun angles.
I do get to drive by some pretty scenic spots on my way to work everyday, including salt marshes, cranberry bogs, and the man-made canal that separates Cape Cod from the south shore of MA.
I wonder though how many other people take the time during the commute to notice the natural world around them…or if they are already too busy worrying about the things that they will be doing that day. Must admit though, sometimes I get caught up in it too, its mostly on my ride home after a long day.
