Hi Kelley, your little Hymenopteran is a Nomada bee - these are cuckoos in the nests of mining bees in the genus Andrena (at least in UK). Yours looks like a male (13 antennal segments) but they are usually rather hard to identify to species from a pic. Cheers, Tristan
